Nelle aree esterne, suggeriamo di utilizzare la rete Wi-Fi “HOTEL PLAZA PISCINA” la cui password è "wifipiscina".

 

 

Aria Condizionata/Riscaldamento

 

Regolabile autonomamente dall’apposito telecomando che troverete sulla scrivania.

Potete attivare l'aria condizionata/riscaldamento utilizzando il tasto di accensione, regolare la temperatura e l'intensità dell'aria.

Importante: per il funzionamento dell'aria condizionata/riscaldamento, è necessario che tutte le finestre siano ben chiuse.

 

 

Mini Frigo

 

La vostra camera è dotata di un mini frigo, collocato sotto la scrivania, il cui utilizzo è gratuito.

L’acqua che troverete all’interno è un omaggio della Direzione (una bottiglietta da mezzo litro per persona al giorno che, se consumata, verrà rimpiazzata ogni mattina dal personale di servizio).

Nelle suite, invece, avrete in omaggio tutte le bevande presenti nel mini frigo.

 

 

Cassetta di sicurezza

 

Nell'armadio è disponibile una piccola cassaforte. Per utilizzarla, leggete attentamente le istruzioni all’interno.

Nel caso in cui vi troviate in difficoltà, contattate la reception.

 

 

Servizio in camera

 

La prima colazione in camera prevede una maggiorazione di € 10,00 (non a persona, ma a servizio).

Un pranzo o una cena in camera vanno sempre concordati prima dell'orario di apertura del ristorante e contemplano una maggiorazione di € 20,00 (non a persona, ma servizio).

Il servizio di vino, caffé, infusi, snack ecc. prevede, invece, una maggiorazione di € 5,00 (non a persona, ma a servizio).

 

 

Informazioni per il parcheggio

 

In corrispondenza dell’entrata principale di Viale dei Lecci, ci sono 4 posti auto delimitati da strisce gialle. Questi sono riservati ai nostri ospiti solamente per la fase di carico/scarico bagagli.

Una volta sistemati, potrete lasciare la vostra vettura:

 

• sul retro dell’hotel, dalla parte del lungomare, dove troverete diversi posti auto coperti da una rete ombreggiante;
• nel cortile interno;
• a soli 150 metri dal Plaza, nel parcheggio dell’ex Hotel la Pineta, sull’angolo tra Viale dei Pini e Viale Pascoli.

 

Il nostro parcheggiatore, in servizio fino alle ore 18:30, sarà lieto di aiutarvi trovando il posto migliore per il vostro mezzo.

In ogni caso, collocando l’auto in uno di questi 3 spazi, vi preghiamo di depositare sempre le chiavi alla reception.

I nostri parcheggi non sono custoditi, pertanto, vi invitiamo a non lasciare nell’auto documenti ed oggetti di valore. La direzione non risponderà di eventuali furti o danni alle autovetture.

 

 

Prendiamoci cura della natura

 

All’Hotel Plaza prestiamo particolare attenzione alla sostenibilità e alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente, pertanto, invitiamo voi cari ospiti a svolgere un ruolo attivo con le vostre azioni per aiutarci a mantenere in salute il nostro pianeta.

Se desiderate usare gli asciugamani più volte, vi chiediamo di lasciarli appesi.

Se preferite cambiarli, potete lasciarli sul pavimento del bagno.

Se utilizzate l’aria condizionata, prima di accenderla, chiudete la finestra.

 

 

Ospiti a 4 zampe

 

I nostri amici a quattro zampe, accompagnati al guinzaglio, possono accedere a tutte le aree dell'hotel, fatta eccezione per la sala ristorante e per la piscina.

Le spiagge attrezzate per accogliere animali sono il Bagno Miami (9), il Bagno Prey (10), il Bagno Vela (12), il Bagno Gabbiano (16, di fronte a noi), il Bagno Oro (17) ed il Bagno Italia (18).

 

 

Piscina (servizio disponibile dal 1° giugno al 08 settembre)

 

L'Hotel Plaza dispone di un'ampia piscina all'aperto, lunga 12 m e larga 8 m, con una profondità che varia da 100 cm nella parte più bassa a 250 cm nella parte più alta.

Accanto alla vasca principale, gli ospiti più piccoli potranno giocare nell'apprezzatissima piscina per bimbi (profondità di 90 cm).

L'uso gratuito dei lettini prendisole vi permetterà di trascorrere meravigliosi momenti di quiete e relax.

La piscina è un servizio disponibile dal 1° di Giugno fino alla prima settimana di Settembre ed osserva i seguenti orari di apertura:

 

• Mattina dalle 09:00 alle 12:30
• Pomeriggio dalle 15:00 alle 19:30

 

Il nostro bagnino sarà sempre presente negli orari sopraindicati.

La Direzione declina ogni responsabilità civile e penale per oggetti o valori lasciati incustoditi nell’area della piscina e non risponde in alcun modo degli eventuali incidenti, infortuni o altro che possano accadere ai bagnanti e a terzi per comportamenti loro imputabili.

La Direzione si riserva il diritto di chiudere la piscina in caso di manutenzione, di maltempo o di situazioni che possano considerarsi rischiose per la salute e la sicurezza dei bagnanti.

 

 

Palestra

 

Se siete così bravi da non abbandonare l’attività fisica nemmeno in vacanza, vi diamo la possibilità di approfittare in qualsiasi orario della nostra piccola palestra situata al piano terra. Potrete accedervi dall’esterno, passando dalla vetrata che guarda le piscine, o dall’interno imboccando la prima porta a sinistra del corridoio, appena usciti dall’ascensore.

Vi invitiamo a portare con voi un asciugamano dalla vostra camera, così da non appoggiare la schiena direttamente sulle panche.

 

 

Servizio di animazione (disponibile dall'11 giugno al 31 agosto)

 

Operativo 6 giorni su 7, il Mini Club è attivo nei seguenti orari:

 

• Mattino dalle 10:00 alle 12:45
• Pomeriggio dalle 16:30 alle 19:45
• Sera dalle 21:00 alle 22:30

 

I bambini di età inferiore ai 4 anni devono sempre essere accompagnati da un genitore.

In assenza dell'animatrice, i piccoli ospiti possono comunque accedere alla sala giochi.

 

 

Spiaggia convenzionata

 

La collaborazione prevede uno sconto speciale su lettini e ombrellone (a partire dalla 5^ fila) presso i seguenti stabilimenti balneari:

Lavanderia

 

Per usufruire del servizio, richiedete l'apposita busta alla reception, riempitela con i vostri capi e riconsegnatela sempre alla reception.

Il tutto verrà affidato ad una lavanderia esterna e l’importo corrispondente al servizio svolto verrà addebitato sul vostro conto con un supplemento fisso di € 3,00 (per l’intera consegna, non per ogni indumento).

Il tempo richiesto dalla lavanderia nel periodo estivo va da un minimo di 24 ore ad un massimo di 72 ore.

Air conditioning/Heating

 

Independently adjustable by the remote control on the desk.

You can activate the air conditioning using the power button, adjust the temperature and the air intensity.

We remind you that in order for the air conditioning to work properly, all windows must be closed.

 

 

Mini-Fridge

 

Your room is equipped with a mini fridge, under the desk, which is free to use.

The water you will find inside is a little present from the Management (a half-liter bottle per person per day that, if consumed, will be replaced every morning by the service staff).

In the suites, however, you will have all complimentary drinks in the mini fridge.

 

 

Safe

 

Inside the wardrobe there is a safe. To use it read the instructions carefully inside.

In case you find yourself in difficulty, please contact the reception.

 

 

Room Service

 

Breakfast in the room has a surcharge of € 10.00 (not per person, but per service).

A lunch or dinner in the room must always be agreed before the opening hours of the restaurant and are subject to a surcharge of € 20.00 (not per person, but service).

The service of wine, coffee, infusions, snacks etc. provides, instead, a surcharge of € 5.00 (not per person, but per service).

 

 

Parking information

 

At the main entrance of Viale dei Lecci, there are 4 parking spaces bordered by yellow stripes. These are reserved for our guests only for the loading/unloading of luggage.

Once settled, you can leave your car: 

 

• behind the hotel, on the seafront side, where you will find several parking spaces covered by a shady network;
• in the inner courtyard;
• 150 meters from the Plaza, in the parking of the old Hotel la Pineta, on the corner of Viale dei Pini and Viale Pascoli.

 

Our valet, on duty until 18:30, will be happy to help you by finding the best place for your vehicle.

In any case, placing the car in one of these 3 spaces, please always deposit the keys at the reception.

Please note that our car parks are not guarded, therefore, we invite you not to leave in the car documents and valuables. The management will not be liable for any theft or damage to cars.

 

 

Let's take care of nature

 

At the Plaza Hotel we pay particular attention to sustainability and environmental protection, therefore, we invite you dear guests to play an active role with your actions to maintain the health of our planet.

If you wish to use the towels multiple times, we kindly ask you to leave them hanging.

If you wish to change the towels, simply leave them on the bathroom floor.

If you use air conditioning, close the window before turning it on.

 

 

Pets

 

Our four-legged friends, accompanied on a leash, can access all areas of the hotel except for the restaurant and the swimming pool.

The beaches equipped for pets are Bagno Miami (9), Bagno Prey (10), Bagno Vela (12), Bagno Gabbiano (16, opposite Hotel Plaza), Bagno Oro (17) and Bagno Italia (18).

 

 

Swimming Pool (available from 1st June to 10th September)

 

Hotel Plaza has a large outdoor pool, 12 m long and 8 m wide, with a depth ranging from 100 cm in the lower part to 250 cm in the upper part.

Next to the main pool, younger guests can play in the popular children’s pool (depth of 90 cm).

Free use of the sun loungers will allow you to spend wonderful moments of peace and relaxation.

The swimming pool is a service available from 1 June until the first week of September and observes the following opening hours:

 

• Morning from 09:00 to 12:30
• Afternoon from 15:00 to 19:30

 

Our lifeguard will always be present at the above times.

The Management declines any civil and criminal liability for objects or values left unattended in the pool area and is not responsible in any way for any accidents, injuries or anything that may happen to bathers and third parties for behaviours attributable to them.

The Management reserves the right to close the pool in case of maintenance, bad weather or situations that may be considered dangerous for the health and safety of bathers.

 

 

Fitness Room

 

If you are so good that you do not give up physical activity even on vacation, we give you the opportunity to take advantage at any time of our small gym located on the ground floor. You can access it from the outside, passing through the window overlooking the pools, or from the inside taking the first door on the left of the corridor, just out of the elevator.

We invite you to bring a towel from your room so that you do not lean your back directly on the benches.

 

 

Miniclub (available from 1st June to 31st August)

 

Our entertainment service for children and teenagers is active from June until the first week of September.

Operating 6 days a week, the Mini Club observes the following opening hours:

 

• Morning from 10:00 to 12:45
• Afternoon from 16:30 to 19:45
• Night from 21:00 to 22:30

 

Children under the age of 4 must always be accompanied by a parent.

In the absence of the animator, the little guests can still access the games room.

The convention provides a special discount on sunbeds and parasol (from the 5th row) at the following bathing establishments:

To use the service, ask for a special bag at reception.

Bring your bag of clothes to reception.

Everything will be entrusted to an external laundry and the amount corresponding to the service will be charged to your account with a fixed supplement of € 3.00 (for the entire delivery, not for each garment).

The time required by the laundry in the summer period ranges from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 72 hours.
